All four of DigiStreet Media’s US clients are Florida companies: Voting Portals, Medical Account Systems, Santos Public Adjusters and Solomon Cooperman Recondo. So when someone in Orlando types “website designer orlando”, we can describe hiring us from India using projects we have run for Florida businesses, not guesses.
Orlando’s own numbers come first. The Orlando-Kissimmee-Sanford, FL metro area employs 1,240 web and digital interface designers at a mean wage of $40.56 an hour, which is below the 650 web developers there at $43.01 and well below the US designer mean of $56.49 [1] [2] [3]. Those figures are what employers in the metro area pay staff. Agency prices sit on top of them.
What four Florida companies hired us to build
Voting Portals makes election-management software. We handled its website development and SEO. Don Gonzales, Marketing Head at Voting Portals, put it this way: “Over the last five years, Kavish Arora and the team at DigiStreet Media have become an extended part of our marketing team.” The Voting Portals case study covers the work.

Medical Account Systems is an attorney-driven revenue cycle partner to US healthcare providers and has been since 1999. We designed and developed masrecovery.com mobile-first, with every page pointing to “Request a Consultation” (the masrecovery.com build explains why). Santos Public Adjusters, a Miami public adjusting firm, came to us for website development and SEO, written up in the Santos case study. Solomon Cooperman Recondo, a law firm, hired us for its website.

Santos Public Adjusters, a public adjusting firm in Miami, came to us for website development and SEO. Its buyers are property owners in the middle of an insurance claim, so the site leads with what the firm does for them and how to start.

Orlando designers earn 28% less than the US designer mean
Nationally, web and digital interface designers out-earn web developers, $56.49 an hour against $47.49 [2] [3]. Orlando flips that order. Its designers average $40.56, about 28% under the national designer figure, while its developers average $43.01, only about 9% under theirs. Graphic designers in the metro area earn $32.13 against a US mean of $33.92 [4].

The designer pool is deep, too. BLS gives Orlando 0.881 web and digital interface designers per 1,000 jobs and a location quotient of 1.21, so the job is about 21% more concentrated there than in the US as a whole. Even the top tenth of Orlando designers start at $56.71 an hour [3], almost exactly the national mean.
For a buyer that is good news on both sides of the choice. Orlando has a deeper bench of designers than the US average, and their pay sits below the national level. If a local studio quotes you far above US norms, these numbers give you something to push back with.
An Orlando agency and DigiStreet Media side by side
| Question you would ask | Agency in the Orlando-Kissimmee-Sanford metro area | DigiStreet Media in Noida |
|---|---|---|
| What does a corporate site cost? | Clutch puts typical US agency rates at $100 to $149 an hour; an Orlando web developer costs an employer about $61.44 an hour before overheads | From $3,300; basic sites from $1,450, B2B from $2,600, ecommerce from $3,700 |
| Who designs it? | Drawn from 1,240 local interface designers and 650 developers | One in-house design and development team, 14+ years and 350+ projects in 15+ countries |
| When can we talk? | Any time in your working day, in person if you like | Weekdays 8:00 am to 12:00 noon Eastern by video call |
| How soon does it launch? | Clutch says most projects it reviewed ran about 7 months | Most business and B2B sites in three to four weeks |
| Who handles search after launch? | Depends on the studio; its Orlando address does nothing for your map ranking | SEO plans from $750 to $2,950 a month, AEO and GEO included |
| Who holds the accounts? | Check the contract | You: domain, hosting, code and analytics, in writing before work starts |
| What about upkeep? | Local support visits possible | Hosting and maintenance from $300 a month |
Three Orlando projects where the local studio should win
Some work needs a person who can be at your door. If you want a half-day workshop with your sales, operations and leadership teams around one table, hire in Orlando. If the site depends on a photo or video shoot at your premises, hire in Orlando. If your procurement policy only allows US vendors, the decision is already made.
The rest of a website project (the sitemap, page reviews, launch checks) happens in shared files and video calls. That is how our Florida clients work with us.
Budget math at an Orlando developer’s $61.44 an hour
BLS reports that wages make up 70.0% of private-industry employer costs per hour worked, with benefits at 30.0% [5]. If benefits run at that average, an Orlando web developer on $43.01 an hour costs the employer about $61.44 an hour ($43.01 divided by 0.70), before office, software, sales or profit.
Our corporate website costs $3,300. Paid out at $61.44 an hour, that is about 53.7 hours of one Orlando developer, and the studio would make nothing. At the $100 to $149 an hour Clutch gives as typical for US web design companies, $3,300 covers 22 to 33 hours [6].

Clutch’s verified reviews average $38,105 a project, about 11.5 times our corporate starting price, though most projects on Clutch cost under $10,000 [6]. The same guide lists India under $25 an hour and puts agency project fees anywhere between $2,000 and $100,000.
Here is what each price buys on our website development service. A basic site at $1,450 has responsive layouts, the core business pages, a contact path and a CMS handover. A B2B site at $2,600 adds product or solution structure, proof, an enquiry or RFQ path and core analytics. The $3,300 corporate site adds a corporate information architecture, reusable CMS components and routes for different stakeholders. Ecommerce at $3,700 adds the catalogue, product pages, cart, checkout and the payment and shipping setup you agree. Smaller firms can start with our guide to website design for small businesses.
Launch dates and call hours for an Orlando project
Orlando keeps Eastern time, which makes our call window your morning: 8:00 am to 12:00 noon Eastern, Monday to Friday. Until US daylight saving time ends on 1 November 2026 [7], those calls run from 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm in Noida. India does not use daylight saving and stays at UTC+05:30 [8], so in winter our evening shifts an hour later, to 6:30 pm through 10:30 pm, while your Orlando slot stays put.
We build during the Indian working day, which is your night. A website takes us 14 to 30 days, and complex projects take about two months. What sets the date is usually your side: how fast copy, photos and approvals arrive.
Orlando map rankings come from your Business Profile
Google’s own help page says local results depend mainly on relevance, distance and prominence, where distance is how far your business is from the searcher [9]. Your web agency’s location does not enter into it. An Orlando business ranks in Orlando because of its own profile, its reviews and its site, and Google says more reviews and positive ratings can help.
We run SEO for US companies on four monthly plans: Starter at $750 for 30 keywords, Growth at $1,100 for 50, Scale at $1,850 for 80, and Resource-based at $2,950 with two dedicated specialists. Each plan includes AEO and GEO, the work of getting your business named in AI answers. Florida-specific search work is on our Florida page.
What stays in your name after launch
Your company holds the domain, the hosting, the code and the analytics accounts. We put ownership of source files and accounts in the proposal, so it is agreed before anyone writes a line of code. Replacing an older site? We start by checking which pages and links already bring you visitors, then plan redirects so those visitors still land somewhere useful. SEO after launch is its own monthly plan.
If you are still weighing the two routes, our guide to local versus offshore web design agencies sets out the national picture. When you are ready for Orlando-specific numbers on your own project, send the page list and your launch date. Get a quote
