The answer first

What Google Ads management costs

Google Ads management starts at ₹50,000 plus GST a month. The fee is the higher of that minimum or 15% of monthly media. The rate on the whole media budget becomes 10% at ₹10,00,000 and 8% at ₹20,00,000. You pay Google directly through an account you own, so the advertising money and the agency fee never get mixed together.

This service suits a business that already knows what a qualified enquiry or sale is worth, or is ready to work that number out with us. We can manage Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display and YouTube inside Google Ads. We do not switch every format on by default. The account starts with the campaign type that matches the buying behaviour, the assets you have and the conversion data we can trust.

How it works

How the first three months run

The first month fixes ownership and measurement before budget is moved. Later decisions follow search terms, feed quality and qualified outcomes.

01
Week 1

Access, billing and measurement

We review account ownership, historical spend, conversion actions, analytics access, landing pages and the business definition of a useful result. No performance promise is made from this review.

02
Weeks 2 to 4

Structure and controlled changes

We document the account plan, make agreed campaign changes, write or revise ads, build exclusions and check that conversions are being recorded. New creative or landing-page work is approved separately.

03
Month 2

Search terms, products and lead quality

The team reviews query meaning, product groups, budget pacing and the sales status of enquiries. Budget moves follow evidence from the account and the business, not a fixed calendar.

04
Month 3

Keep, cut or test

We compare the agreed business measure across campaigns and decide what to keep, stop or test next.

Inside the work

What to settle before an agency gets access

The first decision is ownership. The Google Ads account, billing profile, Merchant Center and analytics property should sit with your business. Agency access can be added or removed without taking the campaign history away from you. We will not ask you to send media money to a pooled agency account.

The second decision is the conversion. A form submission may be useful, spam or a job application. An ecommerce order may have revenue and still lose money after product cost and returns. We write down the event used for bidding, the event used for reporting and the point at which sales calls an enquiry qualified. If those are three different numbers, the report shows three different numbers.

Access is checked in the first week. Missing tags, duplicate conversion actions and old agency users are logged before campaign changes begin. If code or a new landing page is required, we price that work separately before it starts.

Inside the work

Search campaigns begin with the buying words

Google describes Search campaigns as text ads shown to people searching for the products or services an advertiser offers. That makes Search the clearest starting point when there is existing demand and the website has a page that answers it. A B2B service, clinic or local business can often learn more from one controlled Search campaign than from a thin budget divided across five formats.

We separate brand searches, high-intent non-brand searches and exploratory terms when the volume allows it. Search terms are reviewed for meaning, not only for cost. A cheap click from a student, job seeker or DIY researcher is still wasted money when the brief is qualified business enquiries.

The landing page must match the ad. Sending every campaign to the home page makes it harder to judge which service, city or product caused the enquiry. We use an existing service page when it is good enough. When it is not, the page work is discussed as a separate scope rather than hidden inside media management.

Inside the work

Shopping is an advertising and catalogue job

Google Shopping uses product information from Merchant Center. The feed, product page and commercial terms therefore matter before bids do. A product title that omits the attribute people search for cannot be fixed by raising the media budget. Stock errors and mismatched prices can stop products from serving or damage the buying experience after the click.

We review the feed fields available to the campaign, group products around the business question and keep reporting at a level the team can act on. For one retailer that may mean margin bands. For another it may mean brands, categories, stock depth or seasonal ranges. The client owns the feed and approves product facts.

Performance Max can use Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display and other Google inventory. It can be useful when measurement is sound and the account has enough assets and conversion history. It is not a substitute for deciding which products are worth advertising or which conversion should guide the budget.

Inside the work

Display and YouTube need a defined job

Google’s own campaign guide separates Display and Video from Search. These formats reach people while they browse sites, apps or YouTube rather than only when they type a query. We use them when the brief needs remarketing, product education or additional reach and there is creative made for that use.

A display campaign is not added to make an account look busy. We agree the audience, exclusions, frequency review and the action the creative asks for. YouTube needs a film that makes sense without a sales presentation beside it. Existing footage can sometimes be edited for ads. New films, motion and statics remain separate production work.

Inside the work

The report has to reach the sales or margin number

Clicks, impressions and platform conversions explain what happened inside Google Ads. They do not show whether a lead met your buying criteria or an order made money. A lead account needs sales status returned regularly. An ecommerce account needs order value, cancellations, returns and contribution margin where those fields are available.

We agree the primary measure before the account is changed. It may be cost per qualified lead, acquisition cost or attributed revenue against media. Platform attribution is kept separate from confirmed sales. When CRM access is not available, the team can still return a simple lead-status file. What matters is that the advertising system learns from more than the form submit.

What good looks like

A Google Ads account should explain every major spend decision

Campaign type, query intent, destination and conversion quality should be visible enough for the client to question.

Questions about google ads management

The short answer comes first in every response.

Our fee is the higher of 15% of monthly media or ₹50,000 plus GST a month. The rate on the whole budget becomes 10% from ₹10,00,000 of media and 8% from ₹20,00,000.

No. You pay Google directly through your own ad account, and the management fee is charged separately on top of the media.

You do. The Google Ads account, billing profile, analytics property and Merchant Center should remain under your business, with agency access added for the work.

No. The fee covers campaign and media management. Statics, video, feeds that need production work and new landing pages are scoped and billed separately.

We suggest ₹50,000 to ₹1,00,000 a month of media as a practical floor. The right test budget also depends on the price of clicks, conversion volume and what a qualified result is worth.

No. We agree a business measure, manage the account and report the evidence, but auction prices, the offer, the page and sales follow-up remain outside an agency guarantee.
