AI SEO Agency in India for SEO, AEO and GEO Together

DigiStreet runs technical SEO, content, authority work, answer-engine work and AI-citation monitoring under one plan. Monthly prices start at ₹50,000 plus GST. The aim is to make a business easier to find, understand and verify across classic search and generated answers, without pretending an agency controls what an external AI system says.

A Microsoft Bing report exported on 3 October 2026 showed 644 AI citations across 37 DigiStreet pages.

The answer first

What an AI SEO agency should actually do

An AI SEO agency should improve ordinary search performance and make the same pages clearer to answer engines and generative systems. DigiStreet plans start at ₹50,000 plus GST a month. Every tier includes AEO and GEO visibility monitoring, alongside the agreed technical work, content and authority work.

The work begins with the website because ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot and other assistants still need accessible, specific and corroborated sources. A page must state the answer, show who owns the claim, connect to supporting evidence and fit into a site structure a crawler can follow. A new acronym does not replace the old work. It changes which results we watch and which gaps we record.

This service suits a business that wants one team to handle its search programme rather than buying disconnected SEO, AEO and GEO retainers. It is a poor fit for a business seeking a guaranteed mention in a named AI answer. No agency can make that promise honestly.

What you get

Monthly plans and what enters the scope

The monthly tier controls how much work can move at once. It does not buy a fixed ranking, a fixed number of AI citations or a promise that every assistant will mention the brand.

Starter₹50,000 + GST per month

One market, one product line or a focused service set.

  • Technical priorities, a focused content backlog, internal-link work, reporting, and AEO and GEO visibility monitoring.
  • A broad catalogue, several countries or a large publishing backlog needs a wider tier.
Growth₹75,000 + GST per month

Several services, categories, locations or buyer groups.

  • A larger technical and content backlog, evidence-led pages, authority work, reporting, and AEO and GEO visibility monitoring.
  • Large international programmes or heavy technical repair may need Scale.
Scale₹1,25,000 + GST per month

Competitive categories, international markets and larger sites.

  • Parallel technical, content and authority work, deeper citation tracking, entity checks, reporting, and AEO and GEO visibility monitoring.
  • The proposal still names the pages, markets and production capacity in scope.
Resource-based₹2,00,000 + GST per month

Businesses where a keyword count is the wrong unit of work.

  • Two dedicated specialists working across the agreed technical, content, authority, measurement, AEO and GEO backlog.
  • Paid media, development outside the agreed fixes, licences and specialist production are separate.

How it works

How the first three months run

The programme follows a visible order. Dates and capacity are agreed in the scope rather than inferred from the tier name.

01
Week 1

Baseline the site and the current answers

We review crawl and indexation, page intent, internal links, templates, structured data, named entities, authorship, citations and conversion routes. We also record a defined prompt set so later checks use the same questions. The baseline is dated because generated answers change.

02
Weeks 2 to 4

Fix the clearest blockers

The first backlog usually mixes technical repair with page work. We correct duplication and broken relationships, improve direct answers, connect proof, tighten important service pages and agree who inside the client team can approve factual claims.

03
Month 2

Publish pages with evidence

We work through the agreed production plan, update thin pages, add missing commercial detail and build supporting articles only where they have a job. Citation checks record which URLs appear and which external sources an answer uses.

04
Month 3

Review what moved and what did not

The review covers search visibility, cited pages, prompt observations, branded demand, assisted enquiries and the work shipped. A lack of movement stays in the report. It becomes a decision about the page, evidence or topic, not a hidden line.

Inside the work

SEO, AEO and GEO have different jobs

SEO helps a useful page get crawled, indexed and ranked for a search. AEO makes the page easier to extract into a direct answer. GEO works on the broader evidence, entities and corroboration that a generative system may retrieve, cite or use when it describes a business.

The same page can support all three, but the measurement is different. Search Console can show queries, impressions, clicks and positions. Answer and generative systems do not provide one complete, stable equivalent. We record selected prompts, observed citations, cited URLs, branded demand and the enquiries that reach the business. That record is a sample, not a full census of every answer shown to every user.

A useful plan also separates discoverability from recommendation. A crawler may find a page but an assistant may still have no reason to cite it. Clear claims, first-party proof, named authors, updated facts, useful comparisons and references help. They do not create a guaranteed recommendation.

SEO

Fix crawl, indexation, page intent, internal links, content gaps and authority. Measure qualified search visibility and business outcomes.

AEO

Put a direct answer close to the relevant heading, then support it with method, limits, examples and sources.

GEO

Make the business and its evidence easier for generated systems to retrieve, connect, check and cite.

E-E-A-T

Show real experience, accountable expertise, credible authorship and facts that other trustworthy sources can confirm.

What the Bing report shows

A Microsoft Bing report exported for DigiStreet on 3 October 2026 showed 644 AI citations across 37 pages. That is evidence that Microsoft's AI systems had cited a set of our pages during the report period.

The AEO service page was not among those 37 cited pages. We say that because the gap is as useful as the headline number. It tells us that a page carrying the right service label does not automatically become a source. The cited set needs to be reviewed for page type, evidence, topic fit, internal links and the sources that support each claim.

We use reports like this to form the next test. AI answers can vary by model, prompt, location, source set and date, so captures and exports should always carry a date.

Inside the work

The page still has to be useful to a buyer

A page written only to be quoted by an assistant is usually thin for the person making the decision. We start with the buyer's question, give the short answer, then add scope, method, evidence, price or limits in the order the reader needs them.

For a B2B manufacturer, that may mean products, applications, capacity, certifications and case evidence. For a healthcare business, it means factual review and clear ownership of medical claims. For a software company, it means the problem, the delivery model, integrations, security evidence and relevant work. The acronym is secondary. The page job comes first.

We then connect the page to the service, industry, cost and case-study pages that support it. This makes the site easier to use and gives search and retrieval systems a clearer relationship between a claim and its proof.

What good looks like

The scope should match the site and the decision

Good work is specific about the market, the pages, the evidence and the capacity available in the chosen tier.

Starter: One market, one product line or a focused service set.

Technical priorities, a focused content backlog, internal-link work, reporting, and AEO and GEO visibility monitoring.

Growth: Several services, categories, locations or buyer groups.

A larger technical and content backlog, evidence-led pages, authority work, reporting, and AEO and GEO visibility monitoring.

Scale: Competitive categories, international markets and larger sites.

Parallel technical, content and authority work, deeper citation tracking, entity checks, reporting, and AEO and GEO visibility monitoring.

Resource-based: Businesses where a keyword count is the wrong unit of work.

Questions buyers ask

Questions about ai seo

The short answer comes first in every response.

Our monthly plans start at ₹50,000 plus GST. Growth is ₹75,000, Scale is ₹1,25,000 and the resource-based plan is ₹2,00,000 plus GST. The audit decides which tier fits the technical work, markets and content backlog.

Yes, but it shares the same base. AI SEO adds direct-answer structure, entity and evidence work, source checks and monitoring for generated answers while keeping technical SEO, content and authority work in the plan.

No. We can improve the pages, evidence and source relationships and record what appears, but an external AI system chooses its own answers and can change them without notice.

It means a Microsoft Bing report exported on 3 October 2026 counted 644 AI citations across 37 DigiStreet pages for its report period. It does not mean 644 sales, and the AEO service page was not one of those pages.

Yes. Every current SEO tier includes AEO and GEO visibility monitoring. The volume of technical, content and authority work changes by tier.

About three months is a sensible first programme review, not a result promise. The first report should also show what was fixed and published, because a visibility number without shipped work gives the client little to judge.
