Sudhir Power SEO case study: the growth from the rebuild is holding

Our earlier case study covered the website rebuild that took Sudhir Group's annual visitors up 245%. This is the current picture from Google Search Console: in the six months to 1 October 2026, Google sent the site 57,200 clicks, up 20% on the six months before, while average position improved from 8.5 to 7.7.

Since the last case study

The earlier one measured a different signal

Our earlier Sudhir Group SEO case study covered the rebuild and reported Google Analytics figures: annual visitors up 245%, from 37,995 to 131,093, and business queries up 40%. It is still the account of how the rebuild changed the business: Sudhir Group SEO case study: 245% traffic growth →

This page measures a different signal from a different tool. It uses Google Search Console directly — clicks, impressions, click-through rate and average position — for the months since. The question it answers is simple: did the rebuild's gains hold, or fade once the initial jump wore off?

What we did

The same programme, still running

The rebuild is done. What continues is the work that keeps a rebuilt site climbing rather than plateauing:

  • Content built around what buyers actually search, extended page by page as new product and service lines come up.
  • Interlinking maintained as the site grows, so new pages inherit authority instead of starting from zero.
  • Backlinks through Digital PR, kept active rather than treated as a one-time push around launch.
  • AI tools handle the mechanical layer — drafting meta variations, structuring schema, flagging technical issues across hundreds of pages — but they do not decide the content calendar, pick the link targets, or choose which pages earn internal authority. Those calls are still made page by page, by the strategy team.

20% more clicks, on a better position

Between April and September 2026, Sudhir Group's site took 57,200 clicks from Google Search, against 47,800 in the six months before — an increase of 20%. Impressions rose to 2.21M from 2.09M, average CTR improved from 2.3% to 2.6%, and average position moved from 8.5 to 7.7.

Look at the most recent quarter on its own, though, and the picture is less tidy. The last three months took 27,700 clicks against 29,500 in the three before — down slightly, not up. Impressions dipped from 1.15M to 1.06M too. Average CTR held flat at 2.6% and average position kept improving, from 7.8 to 7.5.

We are not going to invent a reason for one quarter dipping inside a six-month uptrend — industrial power-solutions search demand moves with project and tender cycles, and three months is a short enough window that normal variation can produce a dip like this on its own. What we would flag if it continued is the part that didn't dip: position and CTR kept improving even as raw clicks eased, which is usually the more durable signal of the two.

How to read it

What this page does not settle

  • The six-month total and the most recent quarter tell slightly different stories. Both are shown here rather than picking the one that looks better.
  • We cannot name the single change that drove the six-month rise, across a programme that touches content, links and technical SEO together.
  • Average position is an average across many queries; it says nothing about how any one product or service page ranks.
  • This page does not reopen the rebuild case study's Analytics figures — it stands on Search Console data only, measured separately.
Questions we get asked

About this update

How is this different from the original Sudhir Group case study?

The original covered the website rebuild and reported Google Analytics 4 figures — annual visitors, sessions and business queries, up 245% year on year. This page reports Google Search Console figures for the months since: clicks, impressions, click-through rate and average position.

Did clicks really grow 20%, or is that cherry-picked?

The six-month total is +20%, clicks from 47.8K to 57.2K. We have also shown the most recent quarter on its own, which was down slightly, so the headline isn't the only number on the page.

Why did the most recent quarter dip?

We don't know precisely, and we're not going to guess at a cause we can't verify. Industrial power-solutions search volume tends to move with project and tender cycles, and three months is a short window. Position and click-through rate both kept improving through the dip, which matters more than one quarter's raw click count.

What keeps the gains from the rebuild from fading?

Ongoing content built around what buyers search, interlinking that keeps pace as the site grows, and continued backlink building through Digital PR. None of that was a one-time launch activity — it's what this page is measuring.

Where does AI fit into this work?

It speeds up execution — schema, meta variants, technical audits across many pages at once. It doesn't choose the content calendar, the link targets, or which pages get internal authority. Those decisions, and the results on this page, come from the strategy layer, not the tooling.

Can DigiStreet Media do this for another industrial or B2B brand?

Yes — this is the same team and programme that ran the original rebuild, continued as an ongoing SEO engagement rather than a one-off project. Start a conversation →

Did a past project's results hold up?

We can pull the Search Console numbers and tell you honestly, dip and all.
