A location-led SEO strategy grew Omaxe organic traffic 72%, lifted business queries 142%, and drove a 111% rise in international enquiries from NRI markets.
Indian real estate search is intensely local: buyers search by city and project area, not by developer alone. Omaxe needed visibility across multiple distinct markets simultaneously.
There was also a substantial non-resident audience researching Indian property from abroad, a segment with different search behaviour and different trust requirements.
Organic traffic grew 72%, from 222,962 to 383,864 visitors. Business queries rose 142% to 17,456 in the year, and the rebuilt site won Best Real Estate Website from ET in 2020.
The international results were the standout: traffic and queries from NRI-dominated markets rose by an average of 89%, driving a 111% increase in international business enquiries.
